The Chilliwack Creative Commission, a committee of CEPCO, is a one-stop resource for film, interactive and digital media in Chilliwack. The Commission was rebranded in September 2015 (formerly the Chilliwack Film Commission) to expand into interactive and digital media.
The Chilliwack Creative Commission continues to promote filming in Chilliwack by working with producers and location managers and providing options for diverse locations in Chilliwack. Chilliwack has been an attractive film location for feature films like Monster Trucks and No Clue, TV series Eureka, and numerous commercials.
The mandate of the Chilliwack Creative Commission is to attract and facilitate economic growth in the emerging creative sector, including film, interactive and digital media. We can connect and facilitate the necessary resources for your creative business needs.

Learn about the untold stories of Chilliwack’s creative economy. Our 8th annual PechaKucha event featured local speakers each with a unique story to tell delivered in a very unique format. There was a small in-studio audience as well as an online audience. PechaKucha 20×20 is a simple presentation format where you show 20 images, each for 20 seconds. The Chilliwack Independent Film Festival (CIFF) is a three day event with screenings and Q & A’s designed to showcase independent cinema from across BC and the globe.
